FOUNDATION:
The foundation of each building depends on the structure and the surroundings of the structure. Each dome is custom designed according to the purpose specified by the customer. Therefore let us suggest the best foundation method for your shelter.
FABRIC:
We are raising the standards for our industry. PVDF is the new standard in fabric and currently we are proud to be the only suppliers in Canada to be using the PVDF fabric in our structures. With only a small difference in price now the maintenance costs for a PVDF structure is almost zero to none for the next couple of decades. The advantages of the PVDF are many in comparison to the polyethylene.
Our prefabricated structures have frames of two types:
The strongest shape in construction is the ARCH. This structure is so strong that it does not require any internal supports, which means lots of freedom of space for you! It is ideal for storage space of large scale items because it provides economical viability along with long term strength.
SIZE: The single arch form is manufactured to any length. This allows for modifications to the structure at anytime in the future. Clear span widths are anywhere from 10′ to 30′.
FRAME: We only use high grade quality aluminum or steel for the frames of your structure. This permits the lasting life and use of the structure.
FOUNDATION: Single Arch buildings are designed to not need a foundation. However, they are flexible to any anchoring method to provide a more secured structure.
FABRIC: Our covers are heavy duty, dura-woven. They are made to withstand the harsh and often unpredictable elements of the Canadian environment. As with everything else we manufacture, our fabrics are UVA and UVB protected, mould and mildew resistant for decades to come.
INSTALLATION: All of our fabric covered structures require very little installation time and are installed professionally by our experienced in house workers.
All of our structures can be custom modified. Just request any extra alteration to your unit from our design team at the start of the project and we will accommodate any variation of the single arch structure.
A Web Truss structure is ideal if you are looking for durability and heavy duty industrial strength. It offers the best defense against environmental factors. This solution is for you if you require a structure to protect your long term investments and resources.
SIZE: The web truss structure is manufactured to any length. Additional frames can be added at anytime in the future to expand the building. Clear span widths are anywhere from 20′ to 136′.
FRAME: We only use high grade 6061–T6 aluminum or galvanized steel for the frame of your structure. The frames will last a life time. Ask about making a side access to your structure.
FOUNDATION: The web truss arch structures are designed to be flexible to any anchoring method so to provide a more secured structure. Traditional methods of securing the structure include: on asphalt with heavy anchors, on sand with lock blocks, concrete footing, embedded blocks, etc. Ask our design team for the best possible foundation for your shed, keeping in mind the purpose intended and the environment surrounding the structure.
FABRIC: We use heavy duty, dura-woven covers for all of our structures to ensure the longest possible life. Heavy duty PVC and ultra strong PVDF are made to withstand the harsh and often unpredictable elements of the Canadian environment. As with everything else we manufacture, our fabric itself is wear and tear resistant and will last for decades to come.
